The Story of Justice Plumbing & Heating

Justice Plumbing & Heating was founded by George Justice Snr, a proud native of Mallow, Co. Cork. George began his journey as an apprentice plumber under Alec Brown in Cork, where he spent four years mastering his trade and building a strong foundation in plumbing and heating. During this time, they completed one of the first oil-fired central heating installations in Mallow — a sign of the innovation that would define his career.

Eager to expand his skills, George moved to London, gaining valuable experience and learning new techniques that he would later bring back to Ireland. On his return, he worked across the Connacht region, installing water mains and heating systems in homes and commercial properties. Notably, he contributed to the original heating installation at the Connacht Bay Hotel.

George later secured a contract installing water mains in West Clare, where he spent several successful years before settling in Shannon. At the height of his career, he employed over 10 tradesmen and became widely respected across the Midwest for his expertise, reliability, and commitment to quality service.

In 1996, his son, George Justice Jnr, took over the business. Having trained under his father and alongside his brother John — who also became a plumber and business owner — George Jnr continued to build on the strong reputation established by his father. Under his leadership, the company expanded significantly, employing over 20 people at one stage.

In 2008, the next generation joined the business, with George Jnr's sons coming on board as plumbers. His youngest son, Peter, later joined the company, further strengthening the family legacy. Together, they also established a highly successful bathroom renovation business, The Tile Hub, which now employs over 30 people.

Today, Justice Plumbing & Heating continues to operate on the same principles set out from the very beginning — professionalism, quality workmanship, and trusted service. A family business built on experience, reputation, and a commitment to doing the job right
